In order to better assist in the providing financial aid for our families in need, Austin Peace Academy will need a completed application and necessary supporting documentation as mentioned below : 

• Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
• Copies of your last 3 years of tax returns. Use the following website to inquire about this   https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
• Copies of both your current and last year’s W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
• Copies of your last 6 months bank statements for you and your spouse.
• Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online and emailed to scholarship_at_apacademy.org

Any family that is eligible for zakat will have to sign a form and authorize APA board to accept zakat on their behalf and utilize it for whatever purpose it deems appropriate including but not excluded to school fees
