About the Program
Already home to students of many different backgrounds and cultures, Austin Peace Academy is excited to expand its reach to International students. Austin Peace Academy proudly accepts students from all religious and non-religious backgrounds and the students are not required to adhere to or convert to any religious or other faith-based doctorines. Austin Peace Academy boasts a diverse student body and believes it adds tremendous value to our school. The more perspectives, traditions, and experiences a student can learn and pull from, the more enriched of a learning experience they will have. Our academic program is designed to support international students who are seeking a supportive school environment that will provide a solid foundation for university study in the United States.
International students planning to attend Austin Peace Academy must submit the following documents before admission can be granted and an I-20 issued.
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Passport
- Student Application online
- English/Mathematics Assessments (TOEFL, ISEE, IELTS)
- Current Transcript
- Immunization Records
- Copy of current bank statement
- $2000 application fee (non-refundable) – Once interview is done
- A Zoom interview or phone interview
Once families sign the enrollment contract and pay the Annual Fee, an I-20 will be issued. The International fee is NON-REFUNDABLE if the student is denied a visa. You may fax your online application to 512-926-1737 or email it to mhawana@apacademy.org
Austin Peace Academy collaborates with outside organization to assist international students in arranging for boarding with a host family. The cost of boarding which includes meal and transportation is $35,000 a year.
